As the Founder and CEO of Eladder4U, she leads the integration of international education consulting, EdTech innovation, and career enablement services, supporting students through structured guidance and ethical advisory practices.

Her focus remains on developing accessible, outcome-driven education models, including the launch of Eladder4U University, a 100% online U.S.-based academic platform designed to deliver high-quality and affordable global education.

In addition, Dr. Ayesha is the founder of The HR Booth, a global HR solutions firm serving organizations across the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East, including Fortune 500 companies. Through her leadership, she continues to shape impactful education and workforce ecosystems worldwide.

Rehana Begum is the Co-Founder and President of Eladder4U, providing the foundational vision and leadership behind the organization’s establishment and growth. Her leadership focuses on building a purpose-driven education advisory platform that supports students, institutions, and professionals through structured, ethical, and globally aligned services.

Under her guidance, Eladder4U has grown from its origins in India into an international organization with a presence across multiple regions, supporting education, career development, and global mobility initiatives. Her role continues to anchor the organization’s values, long-term direction, and commitment to student-centered outcomes.

Mohammed Ashiq plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and organizational excellence at Eladder4U. As Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, he oversees day-to-day operations, strategic implementation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless delivery across all verticals.

With a strong focus on process optimization, compliance, and scalable growth, he works closely with leadership teams to translate vision into execution. His expertise supports the organization’s commitment to quality, accountability, and sustainable expansion across global markets.
